Hey Mom,
This past week was awesome. The baptism for Raquel was solid. We did it at the ocean. Man super fixe de mais. Then just talking t Romani, our group leader. He is funny, He is one of my good friends our here on the mission. Even at church, we had a good experience. Elidio went to church as well, this week we've been teaching for a bit now. So that was cool. And those girls in the picture from last time are just some kids at a family night. They are pretty cool.
But my thought comes from what I´ve been studying about the priesthood. A few weeks ago, Jake emailed me and said that we was amazed by what President Nelson said about the young father not giving a baby blessing but a prayer. He said that we must know what the priesthood is and how to use it the way God would use it. Se he asked my opinion, and tbh, I didn't have much of one. So I´ve been studying and man, has it paid off. So my thought comes from Elder Renlunds talk from Oct. of last year, in the priesthood session. He was saying that the blessings of the Atonement are made possible through the service of priesthood holders, because the priesthood brings those blessings. So when I read that, my mind went crazy. Now as I participate in any type of ordinance, I am thinking of the blessings that there people are receiving because of the service that I am giving. It is a really cool insight for me
I love this gospel and am ready for more now as I am learning about who I am and what I need to do. This is the only true church and only place with Priesthood Authority. Love you Mom. I will send pictures next week due to the slowness of them uploading.

P.S. Happy Birthday Happy Birthday! Man, 52 is quite dome time haha. Jk. hope you have an awesome birthday mom. Love you lots. And I have another question. Could you look up prices for medium size trucks, like 4 doors still but smaller than Dads, used, Chevy, Ford, or Mitsubishi, from the year 2005-2016, sitck shift. I want to be as ready as possible for when I get home. I know I still have a while but I want to be as ready as I can. One message reply. I am being transfered on wednesday. I am staying ZL. And I know. I can use that until a really good deal comes. Like I will be there for Christmas so mabye can get something really good. And he is going on a misison!!! I´m super pumped for that guy. And I know we need to plan. Probably be after church. I will let you know more nedxt week cause I don´t know the informaino over there in Fogo. BUt most likely in the evening, Like 7 o´clock for me. And I would like another pair of ecco shoes. But some that look more nice and a bit smaller, like size 42 in europeon size. Brown as well. You can use my $ in my savings account to ppay for the shoes and shipping. Love you Mom
