Hello Mom,
This past week was really good. We were diligent, efficient, and we had fun as we worked. It was awesome. We have cool investigators and we are seeing the blessings of inviting them to make and keep commitments. Yesterday we had this really cool couple come, along with 3 others. Nilton and Kaila is the casal and they are incredible. We found them one night and they were taught before and then almost came to church but didn't. Then yesterday they did and I am greatful that they did., It was cool to see them there. Aluno and Code didn't so we will followed up with them this week to see what's going on.
An adventure was we ate at the Casal Moraes' house for lunch yesterday. It was super good. It was like eating at home. I will get pictures this week for you promise. Other fun adventures this week was a division with Elder Kempe on Tuesday, we ran around trying to figure out what was happening with a family night on Saturday, and good old weekly planning was as fun as ever. Overall, a very good week.
As far as my thought goes, I was reading about Jesus in Jesus the Christ and it is incredible all the prophecies made about Him and about all the people who believed in Him when He was born. Even through His triumphant entry into the Holy City people were praising Him. But then He was betrayed and paid the price for each of us to make it back. Do we at times take for granted His sacrifice? Do we at times forget by what power we can become better and improve ourselves each day? I just hope that we all can look at and behold the Savior who He truly is. Our advocate with the Father. Then if we do, we will be filled with light and love and be afraid of nothing, for we know in Whom we have trusted. Love you all and hope this week is a good one.-
